Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping and handling for domestic shipping including a tracking number. We use USPS Priority or UPS for all domestic shipping.

Please email pba@pickleballathlete.com for shipping outside the U.S. or for expedited shipping.

Return Policy

​

All our products are guaranteed against factory defects and workmanship. Defective items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items (which are not defective) can only be returned for refund within 30 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 20% restocking fee, less shipping charges. Items not in their original "factory" packaging may be non-returnable or will incur an additional re-packaging fee. No refund, exchange, credit or replacement will be made on orders 30 days after customers receipt of order.
